DELETING YOUR HAPPY LIVING APP USER DATA

What Does User App Data Mean?
User App Data means User's Happy Living Balance details such as elements, activities, streaks, and history.
What Does User Account Data Mean?
User Account Data means user information such as name, email address, country, gender, and account status.
What Does Deleting Data Mean?
Deleting data means deleting data from the user device as well as from the Happy Living App server.
DELETE USER APP DATA AND KEEP USER ACCOUNT
This action will delete the user app data without deleting the user account. This action cannot be undone.
How to delete your Data?
In the Happy Living App:
Step 1: Tap on the menu burger icon in the top-left corner of the screen
Step 2: Scroll down and tap on "Reset My Happy Living"
Step 3: Review the caution pop-up message
Step 4: Tap on “Reset App”
DELETE USER ACCOUNT AND USER DATA
This action will delete the user account and all user data.
How to delete your Data?
In the Happy Living App:
Step 1: Tap on the menu burger icon in the top-left corner of the screen
Step 2: Scroll down and tap on "Delete My Account"
Step 3: Review the caution pop-up message
Step 4: Tap on “Delete My Account”
Important Note:
This will delete all the user data from the Happy Living App servers and from the device that initiated the Delete My Account action. If you have the Happy Living App installed on multiple devices, you will need to manually clear the app data on these additional devices.
